In the old port of Genoa, there is an accurate replica of a Spanish naval ship from the period of 1680 to 1710. The sailing ship "Neptune" was built for the movie "Pirates".

 

We spent a long weekend (3 days) in Genoa, Italy. Our hotel was actually easy to find, once you found it. Right next to the train station, hard to miss... We still walked past it twice before realizing - luckily we were traveling light!

The aquarium of Genoa is the largest in Europe, and of course we visited it!
