In August 2025, my cousin had the idea of crocheting animal glasses holders. And who has the instructions for that? Nobody we know of. Has that ever stopped us from crocheting something? Not me - neither her, because she simply knocks on my door.
As often happens with me, the crochet pattern came together "on the fly". The same happens with our glasses holders, I was able to write the instructions directly while crocheting: Through years of practice in crocheting - an nicer way of saying "I'm old" - I'm noticeably faster than my cousin. That was way I was able to develop the instructions at my usual rhythm, while my cousin could calmly follow behind, row by row. Accordingly, this is also the first pattern that someone has tested!
The sweet frog is my cousin's proud creation, the panda with the little eyes - he also needs glasses - is done by mine. Both are at my cousins homes and, as far as I know, are often used.
